The Maximum pad is built for higher capacity, so it sits a little thicker than our Regular tier — but it's still sewn into a Soft Pointelle Knit full-cut brief, not a separate insert. Most customers find it disappears under everyday pants and skirts. If bulk is a top concern, our Regular tier (Cotton Comfort, L100) uses a thinner pad.

Can I count on this overnight?

It's built for it — leak-proof up to 20 oz accumulated over a full day or night, which is why it's our top tier. That said, the manufacturer is upfront that these are not intended for sustained streams or full voids. If you experience full-volume leakage overnight, this style isn't the right fit.

How many pairs should I start with?

What's it made of?

The brief itself is 50% cotton / 50% polyester in a Soft Pointelle Knit pattern, with a Latex Free Elastic Waist and covered elasticized legs. The absorbent pad is 85% Rayon / 15% Polyester, sewn in — nothing to insert or remove.

How do I wash it, and will washing wear it out?

Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. Skip chlorine bleach and fabric softener — they coat the pad and cut its absorbency. Wash and dry fully before first use. Wearever underwear is validated to last at least 200 washes, so with normal rotation these hold up for a long time.

Does it smell after a few wears?

Follow the wash instructions above between wears and you shouldn't have odor issues — the brand markets these as "Stay Dry. Stay Odor-Free."

Will the package give away what's inside?

Wearever's stated practice is plain outer packaging with no product name or imagery.
