Yes — HDL400 uses the same Maximum-tier pad as our full-cut version (HDL200), just set into a lower-rise brief. The absorbency (1–2 oz per leak, up to 20 oz accumulated) is identical; what changes is where the waistband sits.

It's built for heavier leaks and can absorb up to 20 oz over a stretch of wear, but it's not designed for a sustained stream or a full void — the pad needs a little time to pull liquid in. If you wake up to check most nights already, this level is a reasonable place to start; if you're dealing with full voids, call us and we'll help you find the right product instead of guessing.

The cut is a standard brief silhouette, similar to regular underwear. We don't currently have an on-body-under-clothing photo to point to as proof — flagged above under Missing Assets.

It's the most common piece of feedback we see on this style. If your hips fall right on the line between two sizes on our chart, size up — a snug edge that's too tight is more likely to feel bulky and can even let liquid leak at the leg opening, which is the opposite of what a snug fit is supposed to do.

Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. Skip chlorine bleach and fabric softener (including dryer sheets) — they coat the pad and cut its absorbency. Wash and dry it fully before you wear it the first time; that first wash helps open up the pad's fibers. Treated this way, they're validated to last at least 200 washes.
