Will anyone be able to tell?

The pad is sewn into the panty, not clipped in, so there is nothing to shift or rustle. It is a full-cut brief, so it covers more than an everyday pair — under trousers or a skirt it reads as regular underwear. Under something very close-fitting you may see the panel edge.

Will they hold a full accident?

No, and we would rather say so here than have you find out. Cotton Comfort is built for leaks of one to two ounces that add up to about five across the day. It is not intended for sustained streams or full voids of the bladder. If that is what you need, look at Super or Maximum absorbency.

Do they hold on to odour?

The pad is designed to keep you dry and odour-free through the day. What breaks that is fabric softener and dryer sheets — they leave a coating that stops the pad absorbing. Warm wash, low tumble dry, nothing else.

Is the packaging discreet?
