Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. Skip chlorine bleach and fabric softener — both coat the pad and cut its absorbency over time.

They're validated to hold up through at least 200 washes, depending on how you wash them — which works out to roughly 12.5¢ per wear on a single pair, less on a multi-pack.
