Returns & Our Guarantee
First Pair Guarantee
We understand that you can’t know how well our products work or how comfortable they are until you try them on.
If you don’t love your first pair, we’ll send you a different size, style, absorbency, or we’ll issue a refund. Any unsellable pairs beyond the first pair are non-refundable. To take advantage of the First Pair Guarantee, please contact us at 1-866-379-8198 or email@example.com
Merchandise returns will be accepted (excluding “final sale” items) within 60 days of the date of delivery.
Please do not return any items that have been opened. We will honor the First Pair Guarantee without that item being returned. Any items returned to us worn, washed, or otherwise un-sellable items (this includes strong smells such as smoke or heavy perfume) will not be refunded and will be destroyed for health reasons. Wearever is not responsible for returning non-refundable items to the buyer.
To return your order, please follow our 4-step process:
- Fill out the return form that at the bottom of the packing slip.
- Make sure all items are in the original factory packaging. Remember, the items returned should not be washed, worn, or used.
- Place the return form and the items you want to return in an envelope or box.
- Send your package back to us. Please keep the tracking number as proof of return.
Wearever doesn't pay for return shipping.
We will process your refund per our policy, when we receive the return.
