Upon receipt of your Wearever® or Eversures order if you are not completely satisfied with the product, return UN-OPENED packages within 2 weeks for exchange or refund. We will credit your account as soon as we receive your return. SHIPPING COSTS AND OPENED PACKS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. For an exchange of greater value please include your shipping and billing information, all credit card info including the 3 digit security code as we do not save these numbers and details of your desired exchange items. For the fastest service, make a new purchase on our website. This is the quickest way to receive your desired items. We will credit your account as soon as we receive your returned items. All returns should be sent via Priority mail or UPS so the return can be tracked. If we do not receive the return, we cannot credit your account. We do not take returns or exchanges on international orders. Your satisfaction is our priority.
