RatingAfter sustaining a few injuries in Iraq in 2010-2011. I was diagnosed with OAB. I just could not bring myself to wear any disposable product. But I had to, without any choice. I thought to myself that there had to be a better product out there to help me continue to work and lead a very active lifestyle. So while searching for a better product that would help me keep myself esteem, I came across these. So I took a long shot and bought 5 of them. And let me tell you that they are a great find as well as a great product (I can't stress that enough, they are way better than disposable products). I still go out for a morning run and a hard workout and they are barely even noticeable. Yes, of course you are gonna know they are there as with any other product on the market. It really sucks being 21 years old and having to deal with this, but freedom is not free. I am still on reserve duty and am currently working a full time job, while going to school. I have big dreams of becoming a police officer, so I am determined not to let this problem slow me down. I would like to thank Ever Sure for making a great product and allowing me to keep my life going the way I want it to go. I just ordered another 5 pairs because I like them so much. I will recommend this product to anyone and everyone who is looking to keep their dignity while having great protection. My only complaint is that this company does not make a product for overnight use.
- Glad I found this productReview by Jim495 posted on 1/4/12
RatingI am glad that I found this product. It is much more comfortable than other products I have used. Feels just like the regular underwear I have always worn.

RatingFor reasons I’ve never fully understood, makers of incontinence products like to make their products look thicker than they actually are. Trust me when I tell you that incontinent people want thinner and less obvious products, as long as they’re still effective.
I assumed that was the case with the Eversures Men’s Brief as well, and so I ordered it to give it a shot. I was (mostly) wrong. Not that that’s all bad.
The underwear is true to size, so order the same size you would with regular underwear, but the integrated pad is not only thick, but pretty stiff, which really affects the fit. These may fit like underwear, but you won’t forget for a moment what they really are and what they’re used for.
But thickness aside, I think the most interesting feature of the pad itself is the width and length. That’s a single feature, right?
The pad must be 4 or 5 inches wide, and gives you full coverage up front--all the way up to the waistband--and halfway up the back. I only wish us men could get that kind of coverage in disposable pull-ups.
But pad size and thickness doesn’t necessarily translate into reliability and leak resistance. If you’re a “flooder,” you’ll find two key flaws: no standing leak guards to hold in fluid while the pad absorbs it, and a pad that was designed to accommodate a completely fake and superfluous “fly” in the front. The pad narrows there, and that’s where I leaked. I suspect you will too.
So it’s not perfect. But here’s the thing: it’s still better than every other reusable men’s underwear product I’ve found. The HealthDri undies are a joke; the DriBriefs are good for little very, very small leaks, but have absolutely no protection past the crotch; and the Salk “Sani-Pant” effort is just far too clinical/institutional to fill the same niche as these.
So, while they’re bulky, and they will leak if flooded, I suspect that anyone with a slow drip or stress incontinence will do quite well with these. With all of those caveats, I will recommend these.

RatingMy Husband has very sensitive skin and the regular ones that you throw away were very uncomfortable. These are great, very soft and serve the purpose very well.
